米国人 – translation would turn this out to be "rice country people" or something. But i summarize it the poster might be typing without editing as it should be 美 "mei" instead of 米 "mi" for americans.
TMD – a short form for a chinese vulgar , a " honorable" way of asking for ur mom.
After all this is a sidestory on the news, you can’t expect the language to be in proper chinese or without vulgar to be able to run through a translator.

!!! with some help from ATS, it turns out that the mission has been analysing potential landing sites and has photographed an area previously covered by NASA. The NASA image had been adjusted and has been the subject of much conspiracy as to what had been blurred out. Here’s the original NASA image (complete with blur):




They are not releasing their real pictures yet either, however they have released the original NASA pic onto which they’ve put some captions (in Chinese):


Deeply buried in the thread we also have these pictures, although at this stage its hard to tell what they are/mean.


  So, from this confused mess of badly translated info, we are concluding that China has been photographing the moon, has photographed the area which was under the spotlight some time ago (NASA Clementine mission) due to an anomaly on the landscape (official explanation: “smudge on the lens”) and has now announced that it’s found something “shocking” but has yet to reveal what it is.
As for what it is or whether it’s real is open to debate. Don’t forget that China faked the fireworks and the girl singing at the Olympics and faked the Shenzhou 7 space walk (allegedly it was filmed under water and bubbles could be seen on the film and it was aired before the actual rocket had left Earth!). We also have no idea if the source of the story is credible or not. Add to that the recent stories from China about UFOs, airports and villages…
