Currently constraints on dark matter are:
Must be massiveit absorb/emit photons at rates much much less than normal matterelectrically neutralnon-dissipativecold and relatively stable
Therefore, all hypotheses satisfying above requirements are probable, such as Axion (by introducing an additional spontaneously-broken symmetry, thus that is the Goldstone boson from this process), WIMP ( only participate weak interaction) and of course, sterile neutrino.
I will intentionally skip SUSY here, Maury Goodman said "no SUSY".. |
